D. DATA PENDUKUNG

1.  Kondisi Umum

SDN Makasar  01 Pagi menempati satu unit gedung bertingkat. Jumlah ruang kelas  8  dan daya tampung sesuai rasio kelas sebanyak 256 siswa. Namun, seiring tingginya anak usia belajar di sekitar kelurahan Makasar serta tingginya animo masyarakat untuk menyekolahkan anaknya  di SDN Makasar 01 Pagi, sehingga jumlah siswa melebihi kapasitas sekolah, yaitu 375 siswa. Hal ini berakibat pada kurang kondusifnya proses pembelajaran ( PBM ), dan mengakibatkan dipakainya ruang lain sebagai kelas tambahan.

Disadari hal ini sangat mempengaruhi mutu penyelenggaraan pendidikan di SDN Makasar 01 Pagi, baik dari segi proses pembelajaran, manejemen pelayanan, maupun pengelolaan internal sekolah. Namun, kondisi tersebut tidak menyurutkan niat sekolah memberikan pelayanan secara maksimal.

D. Sumber Daya Manusia

       Tenaga pengajar ( Guru Kelas ) di SDN Makasar 01 Pagi sesuai dengan jumlah rombongan yang ada dianggap cukup, karena kelas VI ada 1 rombongan, kelas I, IV, V dan kelas ada 2 rombongan dengan 2 orang guru dan kelas II ada 3 rombongan dengan 3 orang guru, dan kelasnya dikondisikan paralel. Jumlah guru dan jumlah rombongan belajar sebanding.  Demikian halnya dengan Guru Olah raga. Satu  guru melayani 375 orang siswa. Penjaga sekolah 2 orang, dengan beban kerja yang tinggi. Untuk   keamanan sekolah.
